THEOBROMA derive from old Greek: ”theo” = God and ”broma” = drink. THEOBROMA is a full bodied red ruby wine with a distinctive and very elegant taste.
The method is the same as with Amarone, but the grapes are different. The wine is made from a variety of Cabernet Sauvignon, Croatina, Corvina and Rondinella.
It is perfect with red meat.
Serve at a temperature of 20 C. Use a balloon type glass to enhance oxygenation.
